PRAYER Time Together (Every Other Monday 8:00pm)
The Monday night ‘PRAYER Time Together’ is at 8.00pm every other Monday Night – Check the Calendar for exact dates.
These will be valuable evenings as we unite our minds, hearts and voices in prayer. This is an opportunity to grow & be strengthened together as a church family and to seek God.
24-7 PRAYER
Part of our vision for Emmanuel is to see an ever-increasing culture of prayer develop throughout church life. One of the expressions of this prayer culture we feel led to develop is connected in with the 24-7prayer movement. This movement has inspired and mobilised a generation to pray all over the world like never before. 24-7prayer movement has been born out of the very simple idea of creating ‘prayer rooms’ which are sacred spaces given over to night and day prayer.
In Emmanuel we would love to see rhythms of 24 hour prayer develop in the following ways.
- A Week of 24-5 prayer 3-4 times a year (Next week of Prayer 5th – 9th September 2011)
- A Monthly 24-1 prayer TBC.
PRAYER in the Prayer Room (Sundays 10.30am &6.00pm)
Every Sunday Morning at 10:30am and evening at 6:00pm There are times of prayer to cover each meeting in prayer, time is also taken during these times to pray with the speaker, worship and technical teams prior to each meeting, as well as taking time to pray for the people who will fill the seats, plan to come to church early and be part of the engine room of church!
PRAYER for the Lost (Fridays 7:30pm)
Every Friday night prior to the ‘Freedom Street Team’ going out on the streets of our town, we take time to pray specifically for the LOST people in Lurgan, please plan to come to these special times of prayer for just 30mins every friday night!
